Love Unbound Tribe
Love Unbound Tribe
I created Love Unbound for the people who are tired of abandoning themselves to be loved, chosen, understood, or allowed to belong.
The people who can explain exactly why they repeat a pattern—and still feel their entire nervous system reach for it when it returns.
The people who are psychologically informed, spiritually curious, deeply self-aware, and occasionally still texting the person they already performed a complete release ritual about.
You are not failing at healing.
You may simply need a different way of listening to yourself.
I have never believed that healing has to fit neatly inside one language.
Sometimes what is happening makes sense through attachment, nervous-system responses, subconscious beliefs, protective parts, or the stories we learned about love.
Sometimes it arrives through a card, an image, an energy shift, a body sensation, a dream, or an intuitive knowing that cannot be reduced to a worksheet.
And sometimes it is all of those things at once.
My work creates room for both.
You do not have to choose between being psychologically grounded and spiritually connected. You do not have to dismiss your intuition to be taken seriously. You also do not have to turn every uncomfortable feeling into a sign from the universe.
We can be curious about the magic while remaining honest about the pattern.
That is where Love Unbound lives.
Love Unbound began with a question:
What becomes possible when we stop abandoning ourselves to be chosen?
So many of us learned to survive relationships by shrinking, overexplaining, waiting, performing, rescuing, anticipating, or becoming whatever felt safest for everyone else.
Those patterns may have protected us once.
But protection can eventually become a prison.
I created Love Unbound as a place to explore the space between awareness and actual change—the moment when you recognize the old story, feel the familiar pull, and choose not to disappear from yourself again.
This work is not about becoming fearless, perfectly healed, or permanently unbothered.
It is about noticing when the old pattern returns and building enough trust with yourself to respond differently.
My role is not to hand you a predetermined answer or tell you who you are supposed to become.
I help you slow down, follow the thread, and listen beneath the loudest story.
Depending on the experience you choose, our work may draw from:
The tools may change.
The intention remains the same:
To help you recognize what is yours, release what is no longer yours to carry, and practice choosing yourself without closing your heart.
I will validate what hurts without treating you as though you are powerless.
We can acknowledge the pattern without turning it into proof that something is wrong with you.
Intuition matters. So do context, nervous-system responses, boundaries, and reality.
You do not have to sound enlightened, say the perfect thing, or arrive with your lesson already identified.
The goal is not to make you dependent on another reading, ritual, session, or outside answer.
The goal is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
I am a licensed mental-health counselor and certified hypnotherapist with experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, identity shifts, burnout, and the complicated work of learning to trust themselves again.
My clinical background informs the way I understand patterns, emotions, relationships, protective responses, and the nervous system.
My spiritual practice helps me make room for intuition, energy, symbolism, ritual, and the things we sometimes understand before we can explain them.
Love Unbound brings those worlds into conversation while remaining separate from my psychotherapy practice.
Here, I offer spiritual, educational, reflective, and personal-development experiences through:
When I am not following an emotional thread into someone’s subconscious or asking a tarot deck an extremely specific follow-up question, I am probably drinking coffee, reading romantasy, watching something spooky or funny, practicing kung fu, or negotiating household authority with two girls who are entirely convinced they are in charge.
They are:
Jingle, the queen.
Mora, enthusiastic participant in everything.
I believe healing can be deep without being joyless.
There is room here for grief, laughter, ritual, nervous-system language, contradictory feelings, dramatic card pulls, and the occasional “Okay, but why am I doing this again?” moment.
You do not need to become less human to become more whole.
If you felt yourself exhale while reading that, you are probably in the right place.
It is about coming home to the parts of you that learned they had to disappear.
The honest part.
The intuitive part.
The complicated part.
The part that still wants love but no longer wants to pay for it with self-abandonment.
You are allowed to take up space in your own life.
You are allowed to change the pattern.
You are allowed to choose differently.
And you do not have to become perfectly healed before you begin.
Love Unbound offers spiritual, educational, reflective, and personal-development experiences.
These services are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
Although I am a licensed mental-health counselor, purchasing or participating in a Love Unbound offering does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
My clinical psychotherapy practice is separate from Love Unbound.
If you are seeking psychotherapy and will be physically located in New York during sessions, you can explore clinical services through Love Bug Therapy.
